How would Finnegan, the wielder of the Glacier Stone, do against:

1) Hydroman
2) Sandman
3) Scorpion (Gargan)
4) Venom (Brook or Gargan)

Finnegan starts out transformed in his Frost Giant mode.

Unfortunately I know nothing about Finnegan.

He first showed up in Broken Trinity. As the Angelus is to Light and The Darkness Dark, the Glacier Stone is to Destruction. A lesser artifact than the main trinity cosmic-importance speaking, but still very powerful. It turns him into a 10-12 foot giant who can project ice.

I'd recommend reading his stuff, it's well worth checking out
