He "wants"... But nothing is stated (sadly). However, since Capcom made MvC 3 after 10 years from MvC 2, we can dream and have a small hope.

I would love to see Darkstalkers 4 and Capcom vs Snk 3.

He did. Not only that, but before the fans were able to ask questions, Ono laughed and said he would not answer DS questions. But later when asked about the possibility of a CVS3, he said DS is a higher priority, so we wouldn't see a CVS3 for a long time.
