"coming". See the problem with the question is the tense is wrong. We have been in a depression for awhile and only statistical manipulation and selective reporting and ignorance obscures that fact.

time dilation is the effect that when your having a good time, like partying, time goes by faster. But when your doing something boring as crap, like sitting in some class learning about something mind numbingly boring, time goes sooo slow, in fact the more often you look at the clock the slower it goes.
