The Weather Man gets one month prep.

The weather man assembles the whole storm watch roster dough dough I don't think that would be enough..

He also built an uber body with the combined abilities of Midnighter, Apollo and some other metas he created, with Jackson King's psychic powers. One of those might not be enough, but he can built several of them.

The forecast is not good for the Weather Man.
