What happens here?

loki is too much for the standard drac i think. too much magic. drac could likley make a fight of it, but he'd need some enhancing (biting an asgardian would do it) to give him a real chance in this one.

Loki, assuming we're talking classic Loki. Lokid is another story.

Loki is too much!

Drac defeated Strange. Loki if he fights offensive/defence can lose a round.

But if Loki fights smart. Invisible. Intangible. He'll beat Drac.
