which aircraft gets knocked out of the sky first?

Knockout from each other weaponry? Anti air missiles? Two planes head butting each other in the air?

Quinjet did so many unrealistic things in the past compared to the Blackbird, I want to see feats being brought and compared epic

Lady Blackhawk swoops in and takes them all out.

I'm pretty sure Beast in his Avengers days said pretty matter of factly that the Quinjet > Blackbird.

i back the blackbird. quinjet is ok.. but i just have much more respect for the blackbird and would pick it over any other aircraft in the marvel u.
