nah F**k that. Kota would win: he served as a respected general in the clone wars then went on to wage guerrilla warfare against the Empire, enough to gain Darth Vader's attention, and the put up a good fight against Vader's apprentice who was an extremely powerful force user.

What did Cin do? Train people how to use lightsabers and get a lightsaber shoved up his ass by Anakin.

(lol Think about it this way: They needed Kota on the front lines while they could afford to keep Cin hanging around the Jedi Temple while there was a war going on.)

To be fair, every surviving master was enough to get Darth Vader's attention
