Neo from the Matrix was stolen from the Invisibles. The Invisibles stole from lots of places. The Lawnmower man is a particular place it stole from. Who can subvert reality the most in and out of 'the machine'.

Neo never really done anything to change the Matrix as per the prophecy...The closest he got was making the walls and ground wobble a bit both after he wasted Smith in M1 and just before he flew off to try and see the Oracle after wasting the upgrades in M2.

Only thing he done in real life was stop sentinals and bombs by the hundreds...And the only way he was able to do that way because they are connected to "the source" and so it he as that's where his power comes from.

Lawnmower man, on the other hand, turned real life people into hundreds of tiny balls and scattered them about by mere thought...Thus...he wins as his power isn't limited to what he is connected to.
