The Dark Knight teams up with Captain America to take on the team of Deathstroke the Terminator & Taskmaster. Who would win?

Would prep time make a difference if they needed it?

w/o prep, I say team 2, mainly because Taskmaster is a ****ing beast. And so is Deathstroke.

w/ prep, Batman has a good chance of tiping the scale in his team favor.

Going with team 2 as well.
