Aquaman's psi powers have been cancelled. who wins?

Aquaman is way out of Grifter's league.

Grifter hits him with everything he has... Aquaman takes it then proceeds to grab him and drop him from a very high place.. if Grifter survives he simply goes a little higher and repeats this a few times till it gets boring and the local dogs make a snack out of whats left of grifter.
