He got banned because he doesn't seem to understand that constantly posting explicit and inappropriate material repeatedly is not allowed and has been told repeatedly. It's not a permanent ban, and the reason and length of the ban is visible in his profile.

And you should know by now that "why was someone banned?" threads are not allowed.
