So it's Chris Evan's Captain America from the new "Captain America:First Avenger" movie vs Batman as represented in Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, and Batman and Robin. In three scenarios.
1) Batman has his suit and gadgets. Cap has his suit, shield, and gun. The fight takes place on Mustafar, from "Revenge of the Sith" starting in the same place that the Obi-Wan, Annikan fight started.
2) They get the above gear, but Cap also gets his motorcycle and batman gets the Batmobile(89/Returns version). Fight takes place on the stretch of road from "Last Crusade" where Indy and the Nazi's had there motorcycle chase. They begin facing each other a few hundred feet apart.
3) No gadgets no shields, no suits. plane clothes fight. In a boxing ring from one of the Rocky movies, let say "Rocky Balboa".
