Then he kills them with his bare hands.

Assuming the gems work in unison. Thanos gathers the gems and battles classic ion to a victory.

Even unamped by the Power Gem, the Soul Gem is pretty brutal. Especially the Soul Rip.

Warlock's even affected cosmic beings with it, like Star Thief and Omega.

The reality gem may be effective against him?

Ion had power equivalent to the IG.
