From the way it looks. It seems like Current Wonder Woman is on another level. Can't wait and see.

Haven't been following. What's going on with Diana?

Uh, current Wonder Woman just became whole again. Shouldn't be amped or anything, and I wouldn't say it's been implied. She's back to pre-jms levels is all we know.

1. Team two, but they work hard for it.
2. Team one.

Thanks guy.

If you read the story, Wonder Woman as she existed in the JMS world was just a splintered fraction of hope or some-such that didn't succumb to possession by dark magic. In the end she used the lasso to fuse back together with her counterpart to once again become whole, not unlike what she did to Kara when the Dark Supergirl thing was going on.

Not sure why that would imply she's somehow better than she was before being split.

Odyssey WW was able to put up some fight against true Wondy, so she was probably high meta in the last few issues. But now, yea, she's back to Classic power (for all of two issues, then we get post-Flashpoint smile ).

Anyway, on the op, War Machine, and to a lesser extent Namor, are weak links. Team WW wins.

It was just the way she was talking about her other persona before fusing. Saying how strong she was, etc. Like she never faced anyone with that type of strength.

She commented on how her own strength was dwindled by her loss of connection to the gods and how her counterpart, who retained the larger portion of power, was stronger.

JMS Wondy was a splintered fraction of her previous power levels up against her "other self" who had retained the rest. If anything, this just shows that the crazy stuff she had been doing during the Odyssey run could be performed with a minuscule amount of her sum total capacity as a whole person. It compliments her, sure enough, but it doesn't mean that she's better now.

But the evil version of the Wondy that she was fighting. Isn't that the same version that ran through Superman during a future telling and stabbed him in the heart? If so, her merging with her evil persona and gaining all of that power should basically be an amp "don't you think" or am I reading too much into this?

Konton
I'm of the opinion you are, but that doesn't mean you aren't entitled to yours.

The blade was mystical, by-the-by. It had some trivial special name that was dropped in the Wonder Woman mirror match issue too IIRC.

Close but not exactly. That one was Diana herself if she embraced justice with mercy and joined the dark side empowered by Nemesis, while this one is the goddess Nemesis who stole Diana's powers and who's spirit you can see leaving at the end of the merge.
