Standard equipment. Cassie can fly, but no higher than Laura can reach. Should keep WG's movement relatively in tact without gimping Laura's chances.

1. Normal fight.
2. Laura is triggered.

WG throws her around like a pizza pie!

Couldn't Cassie lasso Laura and smash her into the ground over and over again?

Lassoing a slow brick or a normal thieve is one thing, but X-23 is fast.

1. X-23 - take her time to gut Wonder girl
2. Wonder Girl - because being berserk can be at a disadvantages

In a normal fight, WG would have all the advantages, except through healing. She can fly, has her lasso, is faster and far stronger. WG stomps.

How strong is Wonder girl?
Laura blocked a punch from Vampire Jubilee so she definitely has some form of superhuman strength.

Well, right, but she still has adamantium claws and combat speed that's probably on Cassie's level. She's a sonic flyer, sure, but aside from blocking gunfire and heat vision with her bracelets, she doesn't have much else.
