1. No prep. however, both dooms enter fight with shields up & each bring along one of their most powerful devices.

Unless Odin is effected by Doom's neuro gas (which I doubt), then fight 1 is a stomp for Odin.

Fight 2 Doom's win, and as Lord Talron said, Doom 2099 is most likely backstabbed by Victor after they win.
