I am going to say Hit Monkey. I seem to recall Hit Monkey manage to shoot spiderman as well as Deadpool while both trying to evade. I see Damian Wayne getting shot in this fight.

This sounds ridiculous but yeah, HM wins. He's a monkey version of Taskmaster with better agility.
