Fight on Utopia, Stargirl doesn't know the lay out.

Stargirl is kind of retarded, but she might just win based on her rod's absorption powers.

Seem Surge has super speed as well.

Interesting fight. Not really sure.

Surge might be able to pull wins via blitz early on; however, Courtney will have the advantage once airborne.

Personally, I am leaning toward Surge, because she has range and speed, she can change her location quickly to dose Stargirl, but I do know that SG has absorption capabilities, like I stated, change of locations of fire, if SG goes to the ground level, she has to face Surge h2h (X-Men trained) combat.

No idea what feats of H2H SG has though.
