Based on feats/fights and other on panel stuff, Odin wins.

Based on indirect stuff, the Vishanti win. Agamotto was stalemating Galactus, but neither was taking the fight seriously. Also when Dr. Strange wanted to be free of the powers and principalities that he's called upon throughout the years, they were fighting over him. The Vishanti appeared and the fighting stopped cold! They also DWARFED the other Gods in size. So there's that.
