Calculator, IMO. Could go either way, though.

I really can't this being a direct fight of some kind considering the type of characters they are. I give Arcade the edge as he's a bit more hands on.

I think Calculator is a better planner and manipulator. Calculator did build a Green Lantern like invention once, so he can also be hands on.

They both get a week of prep
