Captain America (Chris Evans) is in the jungle on a mission from S.H.I.E.L.D. They detected an alien ship and Cap's mission is to find and kill this alien...one problem... it's a Predator, and he just choose Cap as his next prey. Can Cap defeat the Predator?


The Predator has his wrist blades and his extendable spear. Cap is equipped with his shield, no gun or plasma caster.

Note: The Predator follows his honour code.

In Round 1 it's the Predator from the first movie with Schwarzenegger.
Round 2 he is replaced with Wolf from AvP: Requiem

Preddy wins both scenarios. Height, weight, strength, and alien weaponry will be Cap's bane.

Considering the "honor code" is on, this fight wouldn't happen.

The Predator would likely be cloaked in the trees, he'd see Captain America, take one look and think "just some clown with a metal lid on his back."; then he'd move on to find prey he deemed worthy.

Blades that are, in fact, alien in substance and technology. Also, Preddy has his claw blades and his telescoping spear. I'm sure that he could use them to his advantage to get around Cap's shield.

Strength may or may not be a deciding factor, but the sheer height and weight of his frame gives Preddy some much needed physics that greatly help his fight.

Round 2 he is replaced with Wolf from AvP: Requiem 1 - Cap
2 - Wolf: he's an experienced fighter; Evans' Cap is just starting out. Now, give me Blonsky from the 2nd Hulk flick, with shield, and I can see Wolf going down. When Blonsky was bouncin' around Hulk, I was thinking that's how Cap would do it (SS serum and all). But I didn't get an impression of that level of agility from Evans (unless I'm forgetting a scene or something).

If movie Cap can do that to Wolf, then Cap wins.

I reckon Caps shield would be more than enough to KO the Predators. I'm also fairly certain that Cap is more than capable of downing the Predators in hand to hand. This isn't to say that one of the Predators can't do the same to Cap. Their weaponry could very easily open Cap up to a KO counter. Cap also has to contend with a cloaking device. I think Cap is going to have to be flawless with his first strike because if he is hit with any of the Predators weapons he is going down and not getting back up.

I give this to the Predators (in both scenarios) 7/10

The Predator wins.

The first one was beating Arnold like a child. The one in Predator 2 was punching through doors and walls with ease despite being badly injured. I'd say they're pretty even in strength, but the Predator has superior damage soak and weapons.

Also, the fact that they are alien doesn't mean anything, anyway.

Cap showed better hth skill and faster fight speed than Predator as well.

Can Cap man-handle two Aliens at the same time with his bare hands like Wolf did?

Edit: Predator's metals/alloys are nowhere near as durable IMO.

2. Steve punched 2 heavy SHIELD agents through a wall about 10 meters in front of himself. And that was after he just woke up after 70 yrs.
3. Nah, Predator lifted Arnie by the neck with some resistance. Steve held a Harley with 3 models in the air like it was nothing.

If Cap and a Predator clenched fists in a test of strength Steve would win no probs. He bent metal he'll crush the bones in a Predators hands.

It's not like his powers increased a few months later in terms of speed and strength.

Fighting speed, he fought as fast as a beefy Chris Evans could fight. He's no Wesley Snipes.

Mayweather would have to catch his skinny ass first.

LA Metros top out at around 60-65 mph on straightaways. But average speed is probably closer to 40ish. In the film, it seems to be going fast.

The Predator from the second film smashed a shotgun with one hit to the floor. Even if Captain America is stronger it's not by much.

I also believe the Predators to be faster than most of you think. The one in Predator was fast enough to reach Arnie, the chick and the injured guy in a few seconds after he killed Billy.

There's also the matter of The Predator's superior damage soak. He took several shotgun slugs, some liquid nitrogen and got his arm cut off and he was still dominating Harrigan in the final battle. He also got hit by lightning a few times.

If you say this you propabbly don't know Captain America.

1.He is more stronger than predator.
2.More faster then predator
3.He have a indestructible shield and predators spear or claws are not usefull

So, Cap wins both of this scenario.

The Predators ability to catch up to a train has never been shown in close combat scenarios. So it is safe to assume it is an ability that takes time while in constant motion.

The Predators legs can propel him to great hights. But strength feats aren't as impressive with his arms.

A very ill developed character I'm sure we can all agree.

Captain America can kick ass both of predators in same time.
