I thought this was a good scenario. mmm

Operative was highly skilled and had a relentless approach to his mission. He'd tear and shot his way through the goons and wouldn't hesitate, no need to wait and listen to some diatribe from the clown, he'd just increase the Joker's smile more and move on.

River would have a good shot at killing him alone, if she goes into her 'kick everyone's ass' mode.

Let's suppose, then, that as a last resort option, the Joker will unleash River against the Operative. But this is only after conventional methods have failed.

Though seriously its not like the Operative can dodge bullets or anything.

Oh River would kill the Operative no probs.

But she wont work for the Joker unless he gained access to the video that made her enter Kill Mode and she and her prey were in the same room.
