Well, Bruce's skill factor is well and far beyond that of Osborn's. Osborn's physicality, however, is well and far beyond that of Bruce's. Stormin' Norman can take some of Parker's best shots and keep conscious as well as dish some nasty punishment out. Limited to only boxing, I'm not sure Bruce can drop Norman with his far superior stats before Norman eventually connects and thrashes him.

Bruce beats the crap out of him.

Yep, the only boxing close limits Batman's superior mobility and his possibility of evading while dealing damage. Because of that, Osborn takes some -unless Bruce cannot get nerve strikes, in that case Osborn thrashes him-.

Batman wins!

Bruce no matter his skill level is not beating a ten tonner under the match stipulations.

Despite popular belief Osborn (when Goblin persona takes over) is superhumanly fast too, not just strong and duraible. He takes this.

Osborn should win

Yeah Bruce gets thrashed.

Bruce is a badass, but this is too much for him to handle

Norman knocks Wayne's goddamned head off.

Batman is Apollo Creed. Goblin is Ivan Drago.

bruce would need to be able to use all his h2h skills to win this--even then he's not sweeping norman. normy can take hella damage.
