I place Shado/Roy somewhere above him.

Green Arrow is the most accurate out of the people that I know about, imo. Otherwise... I'll think about it.

They said he would, iirc, but I don't think it had happened yet (assuming it was even going to, as Hal could have just been goading him).

And then of course, Roy did lose his arm and was umable to satisfy Cheshire, so he loses by default imo.

You guys are heavily underselling Clint, he is deadly accurate even without his bow.

I don't know much about Merlyn, and nothing of Shado, so I will answer only using the other 4 as a reference.

Merlyn is not all that great, GA's definitely better when they matched up.

Shado's supposed to be super-good, better than Merlyn but I'm not sure exactly where to place her.

It was early in GA's carreer but it still happened.
