anyway, standard gear. fight in times square devoid of people.

Fantomex 7/10. He's basically a metahuman Batman.

Would be an interesting fight.. bats gear often gives him an edge but fake-frenchie`s externous nervous system makes him resistant to electrocution etc.
Fantomex got guns and is willing to kill.. but bullets are the biggest jobbers in comics. Both are masters of misdirection too.
All in all pretty close I think...

Batman doesnt stand a chance. Mis-direction.

if what i keep hearing about this misdirection is true don't see how bats can win. can anyone explain what precisely this power is? is it purely illusion?

Prof X and Jean Grey who were manifesting the phoenix at the time failed to see trough it in Fantomex`s first apperance. I`d say it is pretty damn hard to do so.

see my edit--looks like that other-logan was able to simply will his way through it? was that what happened there?

if the phoenix didn't see through it, i'd say that's pis (which i HATE to say...) or maybe they simply didn't KNOW to look for it??

Maybe.. but it was an elaborate scenario complete with Fantomex`s "mother" appearing and they still could not sense anything wrong mentally. Add to this that Fantomex was on the run from the police and clearly was keeping secrets, it is highly unlikely they would not keep their guard up.

Nothing is impossible for the batgod.

Fantomex only needs to misdirect Batman long enough to put a bullet in his head, so being able to shake off the misdirection isn't really a factor here, IMO.

Bats will use his stealth to ko Fantomex. If it's a run in the mil fight, Fantom will win. Prep, Batgod will win 10/10.

so maybe in that instance from before he didn't have anybody to swap jean grey for when they extracted her, it was just him in the guise of wolverine's aid and wolverine

pope hulk has all the secrets and artifacts hidden away. he could reveal them and make batman shit his pants, but he's too greedy.
