Hm... it depends somewhat on how ruthless they each go. An Iron Fist could do quite a number on Sara, especially if aimed some place vital, but if she's capable of doing *really* nasty things with her armor tendrils if she wants to, like when she took apart three high-powered combat androids in the Aphrodite series, one with super speed. Plus she has range.
