One thing is for sure, WW is a lot faster than him. She could possibly win by easily lassoing him.

The fastest CA ever traveled was half the speed of light (in space) and supersonic in an atmosphere. I wouldn't call that fast in regards to WW.

WW should take this. Speed is a major factor, and her bracelets can block Atom's ranged attacks.
