Alright Batman is fight 4 boxers back to back no resting between opponets and only boxing skills only. Batman is only wearing boxing trucks gloves and a cloth mask. The matches last 7 rounds each.

1.Tommy Gunn(Rocky 5)
2.Clubber Lang(Rocky 3)
3.Ivan Drago(Rocky 4)
4.Rocky (Rocky 4)

Unless this is movie Batman, Bruce comes in and throws a total of four punches, one per fight, for win by ko and none of his opponents even see him move.

So he has superhuman speed didn't know that.

Batman has peak human comic book speed, which compared to any real life human or action movie star you can track with you eyes, is blatant superhuman speed.

Unlike Batman, Rocky no sold a backbreaker.

Also, how Rocky should have ended:

A boxer of Apollo's caliber being obsessed with a KO instead of content with the fact he completely outboxed and outclassed his opponent is PIS.

Because he eventually beat all of them. Apollo was killed by Drago

Apollo was also old, and out of the game, while Rocky was a reigning champ. Apollo was already past his prime when he fought Rocky, but was still good enough to outbox him. He just couldn't outbrawl or outpunch him, and the fact he even tried was a big heaping pile of PIS to let Rocky win.

Hell, he stumbled when he was dancing around Drago, making it obvious he had no business being back in the ring.

Well Rocky was out of his prime too.

But he was a reigning champ, while Apollo hasn't stepped in a ring since losing to Rocky. Big difference.

Bruce is going to tire himself and eventually pass out in his attempt to try and KO Rocky.

Batmans too smart for that.

Even if we spot Rocky the ability to tank all of Batmans punches, Bats will go for the decision, just like he'd do if it was Grundy or Blockbuster he was boxing against.
