Vision wouldn't be able to do anything to X-Ray, at all. He could probably KO Ironclad with is intangibility trick. If Vector's repulsion ability works on intangible beings (I mean we have on panel proof of it working on psionic powers, magics, energy waves, etc...) then Vision can't do jack to Vector either. Vapor is also possibly beyond Vision's power to KO.
