Fight in Seattle.

I think Peter beats Anya (she's only had a limited time with her current powers, and was no-powered before that), but loses to May (who's more experienced and has some bonus powers of her own- stronger spider-sense, and can stick Peter to the ground to eliminate his agility). Mayday's one of the more dangerous spiders all-in-all.

Both of them will beat Miles solidly, the kid doesn't know how to fight yet!
