Fight takes place inside inside Hogwarts at dust. Spawn is armed with what he had in the movie. Who wins?

Spawn was able to morph in to some kind of hellish looking battering ram to stop that speeding cement truck. His Cloak would stop Spider-Man in the end.

Spawn kills him.

but I think Spider-Man might do well he was stronger then Spawn and faster.

Spawn can teleport, create any construct to provide protection, blast a bunch of ectoplasmic electric bolts that kill HellSpawn.

It's night time. This is advantagous.

Spawn, unless Spider-man acts fast and tears off his head.

Didn't Spawn enter the shadows then appeared elsewhere? When the cops were trying to shoot him on the building ledges.

Spidey would never resort to such a method whereas Spawn has no hesitation for extreme violence.

He used his cape to look like the building I think.

Parker's spider sense tells him that he loses badly to Spawn
