Surprisingly, I liked Mr. Terrific. He is said to be the 3rd smartest man on the planet. Predict who #1 and 2 are. Wallace already said it's either Luthor or Hardware in this youtube interview.

I'm predicting Morrison will make Luthor out to be a beast in his run. Wallace will reveal who the other 2 are later on.

I love Will Magnus! Creating artificial souls is pretty bad ass.

Don't sleep on the Chief, he's created the Candlemaker, a being that broke into the 4th Wall and into ours. Gave himself Krypronian powers in last Doom Patrol series, and brought Rita back from the dead.

The Chief doesn't smoke a pipe half as awesomely as Magnus, so he's less intelligent by default.
