I think The Gamma Father would beat down the typical team wrecking Mangog.

Also, Cap is in front of everyone in that pic. It takes a lot of courage for Cap to not solo every damn threat. He lets others have the limelight. It's like Goku sparing Fat Buu so the young'ns could get some experience at saving the world.
