His is main power of course its what he is going to do

As much as I <3 the Presence, he stands no chance vs the Hulk. Serge can't drain enough of the Hulk's power to make any kind of difference and the Hulk's durability and damage soak are waaay above anything Serge can dish out.

Hulk wins 10/10.
