I still give the majority to Luke, though.

1) Sabers: Luke

2) Force. Honestly not sure.
Both have some great feats to their names. Perhaps someone with better knowledge on force abilities of NJO Luke and Galen will comment on this one.

3) All-out: Luke 7/10

Starkiller is a noob, Luke will decimate him.

sabers would be such a mismatch that nothing Galen can do with the force is gonna save him.

To be honest I've never found Luke's ability with a lightsaber particularly impressive, outside of the benefits he receives for it from his ability with the Force, so I'm not sure the lightsaber battle specifically would especially be such a mismatch.
