Batman & Batman take it, IMO.

Dick Grayson would take down Bucky before Steve takes down Bruce. Then it'd just become a two on one game and while Steve could most likely defeat both of these two in a one-on-one situation, he's going to get stomped against the two of them.

It's usually standard equipment for all and we also use the latest versions which would be Winter Soldier.
