Maguire's Spider-Man from Spider-Man 2 against the dragonfly-esque mutant Angel from X-Men: First Class.

Spider-Man is swinging along the skyline of Manhattan when he sees Angel attacking an anti-mutant protest rally in Central Park.

The fight will be by knockout only. PIS is on.

Angel has the ability of flight and can spit highly acidic saliva.

Spider-Man has his usual powers and gear.

The two start out 100 yards away from one another.

Who wins?

Spidey.

Specially since Angel's only decent weapon is acid spit and since this is a KO fight she won't use it.

Even with PIS on?

Spidey loves PIS.

spidey sense will alert him of anything Angel does.. Spidey.. however will change my mind if someone convinces me
