Wonder Woman VS Spider-man & Kaine

WW is unequipped. pre-tarantula kaine. spider-man has his powers from The Other arc. fight is in a forest at night in total darkness.

lolz. why not? spiderman's powers from the other arc would favor him under the conditions of this match. not to mention how powerful kaine is.

She is blessed by Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt, and all.

She can operate without sight, and her vision is pretty enhanced as is. She's also many times stronger, faster, and tougher than either of them. Flight is also a huge component.

Yea, they're both noticably more powerful... than normal Spider-man. They are not near Diana strong.

She doesn't need gear to beat them every time.

stronger & faster? yes. tougher? no. there's no evidence that confirms she is tougher than spiderman or kaine. spiderman has fought, taking beatings, & often defeated opponents so far beyond his level it isn't even funny. WW doesn't even come close in terms of the obstacles & battles spiderman has pushed through while facing massively disproportinate challenges/opponents in relation to himself.

as for kaine...his whole history is nothing but massive pain, suffering, & despair. enduring that alone puts him above WW in terms of toughness.

as for the fight. ya sure, I wouldn't give them a majority either. however, to say they don't have a chance under these conditions is incorrect. spiderman has taken punches from the hulk & defeated characters in WW's strength range. and kaine is stronger than spiderman.

Yeah, she's tougher than them. I can sort of see where you're coming from as far as Spidey enduring stuff outside of his power level, but in terms of durability and stamina and damage soak, Diana clearly has him and Kaine beat.

no, she's not tougher than them. she simply has more durability & stamina than them. spiderman has demonstrated a greater capacity to endure damage in proportion to his stats. that's toughness.

WW fights on despite stuff like being impaled by a god's sword and blinded, heat-visioned to the face and broken bones (and then, while the wounds were still fresh, took a dunk in molten metal), being smacked around the planet by Zoom, and so on and so forth.

Diana is hella tough, in addition to having very high durability.


Though the big advantage really is durability, she's too hard to hurt for them to simply do all that much (and, of course, the speed and strength things), but even if she was hurt she can keep fighting through it no prob. Di'll win 10/10.

all the poundings and pain the spiders have survived aside, she survived a blow from the sun to the earth and can hurt superman and cap marvel in h2h. she's also arguably faster reflexively and nearly motionally than anyone in marvel.

she kills these 2. mid-metas don't beat mid-heralds.

Spider-man has still demonstrated greater toughness in proportion to his stats. As impressive as those feats are, WW's uber powerful stats put them in perspective. whereas spider-man has endured even greater physical & non physical trauma in proportion to his stats; kraven's last hunt, the other, gauntlet, & countless other arcs demonstrate this.

Even if they can cause damage, they're relatively small stingers. She's taken magic swords to the gut, caught magic spears bare-handed, etc..

Im just saying its possible in a comicbook setting. Not every magic weapon is the same. The stingers killed Morlun, they might work on WW. But again, im just speculating, not trying to use this as a serious argument.

Diana steps on these two bugs.
