We really didn't see all that much from WC. Granted, what we *did* see suggested she was on the Shiva/Cass level, but beyond that not much. So it's hard to judge.

I lean Cass, though.

We've seen a bunch, though. She took on Huntress and BC at once, easily dodged Hawk's speed, took BC sonic scream, and has weapons to override Hawk's healing factor.

We didn't see a lot from her bar a few fights against an uncoordinated team. Her skill level was impressive, and certainly above Canary, but, and no respect to Dinah, so are a bunch of other people.

At this point, flip a coin. Both are top-tier martial artists.
