Probably Stark. Will has some impressive stuff, but Stark had a stinker like Robotmans body that crapped out after only a few adventures.

I see Stark as a much more prolific inventor and somehat of a minimalist. What Will does with tech though, it's just crazy.

I don't think so, Tony's speciality isn't AI nor chemistry nor Ghost physics, and he had a very hard time replicating Doom's time tech over the years. If Magnus's Response-thingy has the implication on mater it is said to have, it's way too complex for Tony to replicate out of the blue.

So, basically two types of intelligences. Just because Will hasn't invented a bunch of armors, doesn't mean he can't. Same with Tony, but I doubt he can perfect the AI souls like Will.
