IDK but Captain Atom reminds me of Warren Ellis' Iranian Supergod.

I am going with Solar for now based on feats.

What has Captain Atom done in the reboot that causes this not be a spite thread?

As of now, Solar wins. Give CA a few more issues and my opinion will likely change.

You talking about when CA recently absorbed the nuke, and went a few fractions of a second back in time? If so, that seemed intentional to me. If he hadn't have done that, the soldiers he was protecting would have stayed dead.

Its a reintroduction, with a Different Solar. So like many reboots, the character is starting off from scratch, learning the ways of the Force. Its a good read, the plot hints that Solar may become as powerful as its earlier in carnation. Hes just not there yet.
