Who is the weakest non-Celestial (ie...a character who is not a Celestial) that can Spite-Stomp Arishem the Judge a perfect 10/10?

Mr. Sinister could turn Arishem's head into Mr. Sinister's head, thus utterly humiliating the poor space-god (and the writer).

Also, Magneto could take control of the Judge's cosmic nervous system, again resulting in a spite-stomp in the mutant's favour.

I don't know which one of them is the weaker though, so the title question remains unanswered.
