i read in a thread that no one knows how martian phasing is and its kind of too old around 2007....... so

it was in a comic book title ghost of mars justice denied that an atom restructure can stop martian manhunter phasing as done by flash...

That's really down to an inconsistency in the writing. If he really shunted it to another dimension, Wally's trick shouldn't work. If it's a molecular vibration, then Wally would probably be able to do it.
