Inspired by the Marvel Asgardians/Olympians thread.

Both sides are at there peaks of there powers.

Scenario 1: In this fight no external power source can be use.
Ex. No Destroyer Armor, or God Wave. Just the characters from both side fighting at there best.

Scenario 2: All tech and external help is allowed.

Marvel tends to focus it's pantheons power into fewer gods.

Iirc, NG vs Asgard has been concluded to be fairly close.

However, DC Olympus spites Marvel Olympus. Marvel Olympus has Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon, and then beneath that you're generally talking sub-herald. DC Olympus has Zeus, Athena, Ares, Hades (pre-death) and Poseidon all up there, and most of the rest in Herald level.
