It's not that she's 'weak' in absolute terms. It's that you've got two people who can go toe-to-toe with Superman and she who cannot. They both can either blitz her or defend against/tank her lightning, and one-hit KO Ororo.

Then they team up on Superman.

DC vs Marvel was decided by popular vote. I.e. the results don't necessarily make sense. That was one of the ones that definitely didn't, and really they should've never been matched up in the first place.

Diana's taken bolts of Zeus's lightning before, as well as blocked lightning with her bracers. Lightning is not a significant threat to her.
