Henshaw wins. I don't think it's superior enough to control Ultron himself. But in terms of surrounding mechanics in their fighting environment, I agree. In a featureless environment, I'd say it was a split. Ultron is almost impossible to damage but he can be BFRed.

If I remember correctly, Ultron basically tanks everything the Avengers throw at him (and Tony was seriously flipping out at the time) and then just teleports away.

But it's been a while since I read that Spider-woman trade.

Ultron did some some sort of huge explosion and escaped. That explosion nearly knocked out the Avengers, Thor, and the Intelligencia combined. It was in Avengers 12.1.
