The Renegade is easily more powerful than Mon-El and Ultraboy. How does he do against Despero?

Anywho, even if we are assuming Mon-El and Ultraboy are just as powerful as they were pre-New 52, Despero still wins. Stalemating Mon-El isn't enough to put Renegade over any decent version of Despero, imo.
