Like ODG said. Doomsday may resist, or just altogether become immune to TP influence.

Ok, maybe he can resist the TP but what about the possession? Isn't that one of Despero's best tricks? Does Doomsday have possession resistance?

^ I don't think anybody's tried to possess him yet. But even one of the weakest Doomsdays no-sold J'onn's telepathy, right?

Because he should have adapated defenses after Brainiac did it.

But if we're using DD's strongest incarnation, it would probably be the one with Brainiac in control. Basically strong enough to beat the JLA and toy with Superman, high level tk/tp, and I could see him replicating Despero's Virtue/Vice feats...
