In a random encounter Wonder Man. With prep-time, then War Machine might be able to take it, if he brings far bigger guns / strategies.

I think War Machine has too many gadgets he can use to get a win. Strength for strength it's probably close though.

Current War Machine has some new upgrades might be able to get some hits in.
