The other deputy Lanterns (Ganthet, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Scarecrow, and Mera) are present in the battle field (Coast City) for the purposes of effecting the rings of Barry and Ray, but will not directly intervene in the fight itself.

Barry and Ray are both in character.

Who wins?

In character as in if this were in comic I'd actually lean towards ray. More creative and I don't think Barry would use his crazier abilities which is what he'd need to get to Ray.
